This "Manager" style pen was handcrafted by Michael in his woodshop and has the following features:

-medium sized pen
-budget friendly for someone getting into fine writing
-durable and dark gunmetal plating
-hand turned black cherry wood from west Virginia
-Medium-Fine point steel iridium point nib
-comes with a standard international cartridge (your choice of color) and a converter for bottled ink
-wax finish so you can feel the wood in your hands
-cap twists off and is non postable
-gift box for presentation to the pen's recipient
-you will receive the actual pen pictured
-instructions on how to care for you pen included

Fountain pens require tuning for them to write excellent. Sometimes they come out of the box writing well and sometimes they don't. I do a standard tune but you may have to tune it to your liking. There are many variables that go into making a fountain pen write well including the nib size, nib point, ink used, and paper.
