This "Magnetic Vertex" style fountain pen was handcrafted by Michael in his woodshop and has the following features:

-medium sized pen
-durable and classy bright chrome plating
-hand cast and turned hemlock pinecones in orange/gold resin

-steel nib fountain pen that accepts both cartridges and comes with a piston pump

Fountain pens require tuning for them to write excellent. Sometimes they come out of the box writing well and sometimes they don't. I do a standard tune but you may have to tune it to your liking. There are many variables that go into making a fountain pen write well including the nib size, nib point, ink used, and paper.
